Returns:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • We do not accept returns on used, damaged, or customized products.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@werdo-home.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
